In addition to wine, we produce liqueurs and extra virgin olive oils. Our two liqueurs Black Rose and Likarija are made with our wines and a variety of wild herbs, fruits and flowers showcasing the biodiversity of our area. Our extra virgin olive oils are made from indigenous olive varieties Oblica and Krvavica, grown on the very northern edge of the olive growing zone.
Our olive groves are located in a relatively cool area, resulting in rich and intense oils. These nutrient dense extra virgin olive oils have ample health benefits. All of our oils are organic.
Organic extra virgin olive oil, hand-picked. Balanced, high quality oil suitable for a wide range of dishes. Oblica is a famous Dalmatian olive variety and one of the oldest in this region.
Organic extra virgin olive oil, hand-picked. Krvavica is a rare olive variety indigenous to Skradin area. An extremely low yielding variety produces outstanding oil. Intense oil with distinct “green aromas”, high bitterness and spiciness, this is an olive oil connoisseur’s oil.
The base for our liqueurs is brandy distilled from our wines with the addition of wild foraged herbs and fruits.
Grape brandy based liqueur with Lasina wine, Maraska tart cherry and wild foraged native fruits – Cornelian cherry, rosehip, blackthorn, hawthorn and blackberry. The name of the liqueur stems from its character and Lasina grape which is also known as Black rose. This sweet liqueur has a rich mouthfeel and taste.
Grape brandy based liqueur with Marastina wine, hackberry, whitty pear, fig, almond, jujube, juniper berry, carob, rosemary, sage, wormwood, fennel, immortelle, lavender, mint and local honey. The term “likarija” in local dialect is used to describe something that possesses health benefits and since Marastina wine used to be considered medicine, hence the name.
